An interesting point from Dt9:1-3 is that the nations in the promised land were stronger than Israel. The Lord dealt with them first before Israel came & fought
The Lord may give us victory for various reasons. It may not be on account of our goodness, effort or right standing with Him. He may have other plans Dt9:1-6
In our preoccupation with wealth creation & prosperity let's not forget divine purpose. May all we do be in God's will & have eternal significance Lk24:51
It is common for one to aspire to succeed & prosper. Let's not forget to depend on God. If we put our trust in Him, He will acknowledge & bless us Lk21:1-4
For Solomon to be crowned King, different people had to play their roles 1Kgs1:15-48. David then guided Solomon on how to rule 1Kgs2:1-4. Mentors are crucial
Your actions may change history. They may impact the lives of others & cause divine purpose to be a reality for yourself & others. 1Chr22:9-10, 1Kgs1:11-14
Of the 12 disciples, Pete, James & John were singled out by Jesus for special training. Each was instrumental in the early church. They were mentored Mk9:3-13
As you mentor, empower your mentees, teach them how to handle success & challenges and how to be accountable. They should also make you accountable Mt10:1-16 Also vs 17-42
After the process you have been through with God, ate you mentoring others to also discover their divine purpose so that they can impact others Lk9:1-10
