Believing God loves us and that He sent Jesus to die for our sins, and He rose from the dead so that we may have everlasting life, is the basis of our salvation. Over and above that, let us be good to others. May we also purpose to know God better. We also ought to trust Him in our quest to exercise self control. We should also persevere through difficulties and exemplify Him. Let us also try and love others. These shall help us have greater impact on those around us. 2 Peter 1:5-9.
