It is one thing to call the body of Christ and the nation to repentance. It is another thing to determine how I will live as an individual going forward. A good example is found in Joshua 24:1-15. He led the nation in renewing their covenant with God, but he also made a decision for himself and his household. There is no doubt that we need to repent as a nation considering what is going on around us. But what’s your decision as an individual concerning how you want to live from now on considering where we are coming from and the calamities that have befallen us?
