We did not do anything to qualify as the apple of God’s eye. The decision to love us and draw us to Himself was entirely His. May God’s goodness and love convict the hardest heart and the most stubborn mind. And may the many benefits of His love always reassure us and outweigh the allure that the world presents. Ephesians 1:4.

Ephesians 1:3 says that in Christ we have been: chosen for salvation, adopted as His children, forgiven, given insight, given the gifts of the Spirit, given power to do God’s will and eternal life. May this realization change our perspective.
