It is important to know the Lord and to worship Him. What we know about Him should determine how we relate with Him. As we engage with Him, may we see Him more clearly and worship with understanding. Psalm 63:1-11.

Is there one thing in your life you can thank God for? Are there two things you can be grateful to God for? Has He been good to you in any way? Why are you angry at Him? Why do you feel let down by Him? Do a stock take of your life and see what God has done for you? May His peace fill your heart. May He heal you? May He speak to you concerning the anger you have. May your perspective of God change. Trials are meant to shape us, not break us. May the Lord help us see beyond the trials. James 2:2-18.

A lot of the time, the odds are stacked up against us. We face challenges that look insurmountable. May these cause our faith in God to grow. May our default setting be how great our God is. May He show Himself faithful every time. John 8:32.

The fact that victory for the Christian is guaranteed does not mean our lives will be 100% peaceful. The enemy wants to derail us so that we do not attain God’s purpose. We ought to dedicate our lives and the lives of our children to God to ensure our divine purposes are not destroyed. 1 Samuel 1:26-28.

Jehovah is gracious and mighty. He saves us and makes His salvation known. Let us praise Him for with Him, victory is guaranteed. Let everything that has breath praise and adore Him. Psalm 98:1-9.

Why was it easy for the fishermen to leave their trade and follow Jesus? They heard and saw what He was doing. They were convinced He was special. We would probably have done likewise. May we display something worthwhile that would help attract people to God. Matthew 4:18-25.

God’s love for His children is immeasurable. He loves them dearly, despite their ways. He used Hosea’s marriage to demonstrate His love for His children. Purpose to walk with Him and enjoy His goodness. He has too much to offer for us to ignore. Hosea 6:1-3

May we watch our ways and avoid what would anger the Lord. Immorality, deceit, idolatry, and shunning the knowledge of God stirred up God’s anger against His people. May we heed His voice, and may He not give up on us. Hosea 4:1-6.
