And as we intercede for others and stand in the gap, may the Lord have mercy on is and visit us in a powerful way. May He minister to us and to those we are interceding for. May daily experiences with Him be a common occurrence in our midst and may these be a testimony of His goodness and love. Psalm 123.

May we also have the grace to intercede for others even as we enjoy being in God’s presence. The Holy Spirit does a good job of showing people how and when to do this. May we heed His prompting. Psalm 122:6-9.

May worshipping God not be a duty to us. May it be something we desire to do regularly. Jehovah is a relational God. He desires our fellowship and worship. May it be sincere and emanate from our hearts. We may not necessarily pilgrimage to Jerusalem to worship, but let us spend time doing it wherever we are. Psalm 122:1-5.

We are living in challenging times and this calls for a lifestyle of faith. As long as the Lord gives us breath may we purpose to seek Him and walk with Him. We may not have solutions to the many issues around us, but as we walk with God, He will direct our steps. Psalm 122 & 123.

In summary: the Lord acknowledges the work that we do for His glory: Hebrews 6:9-10. As we purpose to operate in His will, let us focus more on being in relationship with Him. He is a relational God and desires a close walk with us. If we surrender to Him and allow the Holy Spirit to change our mindset, we shall experience a closer walk with Him: Romans 12:1-2. He will then, if He so desires, work in and through us to bring glory to His name. But we must purpose to be humble and remain so, because this may take gigantic proportions: Romans 12:3. He will use the gifts in each of us to bless the body of Christ and the world at large. The combined effect of our service will showcase His glory: Romans 12:4-8. That is why He is an awesome God!

Understanding that we are all different and play different roles in the body of Christ is key to helping us appreciate one another. As we are all led by the Holy Spirit we shall all do our part and the whole ecclesia shall be blessed. Romans 12:4-8.

A mind that’s renewed by the Lord will enable us to be humble and to think of ourselves like He wants us to. We will be able to make humble judgement about who we are in Him according to the faith He has given us. We shall have a godly perspective of who we are. Roman’s 12:3.

And as we purpose to do that which He has created us to do due to His love for us, may it dawn on us that there is a method to it. We cannot achieve that in our own understanding. Our minds need to be transformed by His Spirit so that we understand what to do. Romans 12:1-2.
