In Gen 4:6-7 & 4:10-15 God gives Cain advice on how to deal with anger & then blesses him even after Cain commits murder. He is angry but He shows restraint. Do it.

An example of using anger the wrong way was Sarah. Abraham handed over Hagar to her & she showed her no mercy. She mistreated her until she fled. Gen 16:6.

Prov 29:11 & 22 tells us what happens when we let anger get the better of us. We may feel better after venting, but we will end up hurting others & messing up.

We are bound to get angry coz we are human. Let’s adhere to the counsel in Eph 4:26. We should seek God’s help so that we deal with anger like He does Ps. 86:15.

Anger may interfere with our walk in divine purpose. It makes us deviate from doing God’s will or makes us do it badly. What angers you? Matt 5:21-26.
